Thank you for taking the time to take a look at our website. 

Mike and Steve are the two guys who set-up this website. Both are from the UK, Steve from Bristol and Mike originally from St. Annes, Lancashire. Both have lived in the Middle East for a number of years. Steve decided in 2003 to start hosting quizzes in his local pub. As a bit of a powerpoint buff, Steve designed the quizzes on that platform. These were an immediate hit due to them being a little out of the ordinary and a step above the normal pub quiz at that time. i.e. a guy reading out questions from a sheet and fumbling with the start/stop button on a CD player for the music round. Steve’s quizzes had everything embedded, with just a click needed on the mouse to bring up the next question or answer. These were projected onto a screen or TV screens for a great audio and visual experience. Word spread and Steve started to present quizzes at various functions and events including the following:

· British Business Group’s numerous events,

· Capital Club,

· Jumeirah Golf Estates,

· Various charity events,

· GEMS schools and Jumeirah College events, and

· The Emirates Golf Club

Mike started to assist Steve in hosting these quizzes in 2012. 

Mike and Steve realised that the quality of Powerpoint quizzes available on the market was mediocre and so decided to launch the website offering a far superior product. During the horrific last couple of years with Covid and the various lockdowns the importance of keeping in touch with loved ones has become central in most people's minds. The advent of video sharing apps have enabled people to keep in touch remotely without the need for costly phone calls. The ability to share screens has also enabled the Powerpoint Zoom quiz to become a popular way of entertaining groups of friends and family.
